The staff was friendly and they had a common area with some program in the evening. The rooms are big enough, with lockers and a bathroom.
The facilities were not the best, i got a bit injured when climbing down the bed and also the bathroom door was broken, so it couldn’t be locked.

Everything was perfec except for bed types.
I didnt like the beds especially when you get the top part you will be afraid to move as it maks so much noise, and the sides are not fully attached to the wall I was afraid while I am asleep my phone or watch will fall over the person in the bottom, also there wasnt electricity in every bed, first bed i got there was no electricity and the USB port provided in the wall wasnt working. Then I moved to another bed in the bottom section that was good.

Good location, you can go to Termini Station by walk in a couple of minutes. Staff were amazing; kind, friendly & helpful.
Bathroom was dirty, there wasn't shower cabin or even a basic tent. Bunk was uncomfortable, it was shaking a lot when you move a little.
