Really nice hotel in a great location. By the lake but still a bit farther away from the noisy Menaggio, which is what you would need to relax when you are in Lake Como.

The spacious room with the nice view to the lake with everything you need. Free private parking, tasty breakfast.
The room may be a little more clean.

Paid extra for a Lake view which was provided with a large balcony . Location was excellent. Perfect Lakeside location with access to the lake.
Breakfast was extremely basic - nothing fancy - limited selection - very rustic -signage poor and quality of food poor. ( unlike the on site Pizza resturant which was good)
