View is so beautiful with sea and mountain, rooms are so big and comfortable, the staff are so friendly. Location is great, near the old town, have dragon line bus stop on the front door, the breakfast is delicious.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Phuket Old Town and a large shopping mall, making it easy to explore the area. The building is spacious, and the gym is exceptionally large for a hotel, which was a pleasant surprise. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
The hotel is in an older building and could benefit from some renovations. Basic amenities such as slippers, and iron were not provided( I am sure they provide them but its nice to have them ready) , which was disappointing. The breakfast lounge also needs more attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It felt quite small for the number of guests, making it crowded and very noisy in the mornings, which took away from what should have been a relaxing breakfast experience.
