I Loved the authentic style. Not a generic boring look. Interesting Objet D'Art & furniture. Quirky. The bathrooms were clean, water hot, showers good. The view from my room looked over the Plaza & views of the cathederal & castle wall.
The Aircon worked really well. I could Black Out the windows with the shutters for a day time nap.
Esther was so helpful & kind. Louis? The on site Manager was also very helpful. My bed was comfortable. Location must be the best in Ibiza Town. The guest house is between The Plaza & Vera Del Rey. So many great cafes & restaurants close by as was the Marina. Just Perfect.
I did have difficulty when I arrived as I was later than expected & the Reception was closed. I had no internet for some reason. Which was not their fault. But I would advise arriving before 3pm. Luckily another guest let me in and all was perfect after that.

It’s just a bit more attention to the towels given ., would be good to buy new towels and wash them better ..

The location is excellent in a very vibrant part of the city. Lots to do around and nice restaurants.
the administration was quite disorganized, and they had issues processing the credit card reservation.
This is not the right place if you are looking for a hostel-like atmosphere. The staff is very strict about noise levels; I was confronted about it four separate times, which felt excessive.
Furthermore, the showers were not particularly clean and offered very little privacy.
