The first impression was amazing. The hotel is beautifully styled and the facilities exceeded expectations. We had a beautiful massage & turkish bath in the Day Spa. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful. The staff were so accommodating & Mr Abidin went over & above & to ensure our stay was exceptional. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

The location, staff and breakfasts
Appliances were a dated and old, no extraction fan in the enclosed toilet, plaster was crumbling and windows were jamming, only one plug next to bed, limited lighting in seating area.

The terrace rooftop had an amazing view I enjoyed while eating breakfast. The gardens were well cared for and had beautiful roses growing and the lounge area near the reception was comfortable. The staff had delicious baked goods and snacks for their guests everyday.
The pool area was outdated and no spa. The showers in the room was terrible, our phone didn’t work, and the room was tiny. we told the staff about our disappointment with the room, pool, and spa but nothing was done to help us.
