Would love to come back with kids

Great place to stay with family. Rooms are renovated and the pool always has some inflatable toys for kids to play with and the owner is regularly treating guests with juice, wine or desserts. Would stay longer if only it wasn't fully booked when we had to check out. Close to restaurants and the beach!

AMAZING STAY !

everything was perfect, and extremely grateful for our host who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He kindly recommended places to visit and restaurants around the town and called a taxi for us when no buses were available. The breakfast spread was fresh and wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

You need stay here

my husband and I stayed at the hotel for two days and the hotel really exceeded our expectations. Before we arrived, Vangelis already offered us a taxi to pick us up at the port. when we arrived he made a point of informing us about all the attractions in the city, schedules, local foods. moreover, every day he talked to us to find out what we had done and the preparations for the next few days. recommended us a car rental company that didn't take 5 minutes to book, sensational all the service. Our room was clean, spacious and much better than the pictures. Breakfast had everything we needed and there was parking space at the hotel. I recommend it and if I come back to santorini I will stay here again. the best restaurants were within walking distance and the hotel is far from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to great restaurants and beaches. On the last day, Vagelis even served us wine and beer and waited for the taxi with us. It was the best hotel experience we've had.

Vangelis was super nice, and give us so much tips about the island - about restaurants, excursions, and places to visit The appartment was amazing. Super clean and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty. You are very near by foot from the main street.

Vagelis the owner looked after us, giving us great tips about the town and the Island on where to go and eat. It was great to find there was lots of outdoor toys and inflatable for kids.

Great place. Very close to all the shops, car rental, bus stop, restaurants and the beach. The pool is equipped with pool toys and lounge chairs. They also provide adult and kids bikes for use for free. Fresh orange juice and Greek yogurt served at breakfast were my favorites. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. We got lots of recommendations on where to go and where to eat and they were all great choices. Highly recommend it for anyone but especially for a family with little ones. They have little play area and playground set up for toddlers. My kids loved it here.

The best hotel in santorini for a young family

We absolutely loved our stay at Joanna Villa’s. Perfect for all but it really ticked all the boxes when it came to our 2 year old son. The toys and play area for him was perfect and made our holiday so enjoyable… happy children, happy parents! The breakfast was lovely, providing fresh coffee & freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were all so friendly, polite & couldn’t do enough for us. They were fab with our son & always gave him the time of day. The hotel owner is so passionate about his hotel & makes sure your stay is perfect in every way. The pool area is so relaxing & the hotel rooms are clean spacious & very modern. We will definitely return to Joanna Villas & couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for an absolute wonderful stay

Appartment was very good,modern and suits to 4 people.Close to beach.Good breakfast.We got good information from the owner.Nice flowers and trees.Beach towels for free.

Everything! We had the best host! Vangelis was amazing! Always around to take care of everyone’s needs. Very clean property, definitely recommended for families.

I stayed with my family in this amazing place this week. Well-kept villa with an amazing pool, the rooms are large and decorated with everything you need for a vacation, each room is cleaned and tidy, excellent breakfast, the location is a minute walk from the beach and from all the entertainment center. The owner Vagillis is a special and pampering person. helping with any problem, recommending places, arranging a shuttle to the airport and back and taking care of the car rental, always smiling and kind. We had a great time and we will definitely going to stay again in Joanna villas

Perfect apartment

Great place to stay for vacation. Very nice staff, specious and comfortable apartment, clean and quite big swimming pool and beautiful flowers around. Close to the beach, shops and resteurants.

Breakfast could be a little better especially scramble eggs as they were propobly from powder, low variety.

Some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. We arrived very early, and were able to drop our luggage off. When we returned from lunch, the luggage was waiting in our room. Hotel was clean and family friendly.

Superb

We loved the location, close enough to walk to Kamari beach but just far away enough to not be noisy. The host and staff there were extremely helpful and friendly. Poool area was great with lovely sun beds.

Our room was located right next to an outside dog kennel, their barking did keep us up at night a few times.

Beautiful rooms, excellent location, perfect host

Joanna Villas is a perfect place to stay - beautifully decorated rooms, exceptionally clean and Netflix- yay! Lovely pool and comfy sun beds (plenty to go around) with a great selection of outdoor toys for children. Breakfast is lovely and fresh with a specially cooked omelette for my husband every morning! I can’t understand why other reviewers have complained - how much choice do they expect to be cooked for a relatively small number of guests?? I found lots of choice, loved the fresh fruit and pancakes, and the coffee. Vangelis is a perfect host and we enjoyed talking to him over breakfast, hearing about Santorini and taking his advice on how to get about, where to eat and what to see. The location is just a step away from the beachfront strip of bars and restaurants, and close to the bus stop with regular buses to Thira. We will definitely stay there again!

Memorable vacation!

This Villa completes our fun, relaxing Santorini vacation. The whole staff are amazing but most especially the owner whom makes you feel like a family. He makes sure that all of us guests are well taken cared of, he gave us all the best locations and restaurants to go to and more. They are always smiling and you feel that they are just happy talking and making us feel welcome. . His property location is perfect! If you want to enjoy the beach, music, different shops and restaurants, it’s just right outside the villa and yet you’re still able to sit by the pool relax and enjoy the amazing mountain view and his villa that was full of beautiful flowers and trees. We love it here and will definitely going back. Highly recommend Joanna’s Villa.

this was probably my best accommodation experience ever!

everything! fits of all I liked the owner/manager of the property. he is genuinely a kind, helpful and welcoming person. accordingly, the entire staff, from the room cleaners till the waiters and gardeners- all of the were very nice to us. the location was excellent. I’m happy about everything related to this stay. 5 stars!

Nicely decorated rooms that were clean and comfortable with air conditioning, a fridge and facilitities to cook some of your own meals. A well positioned pool with comfy sunbeds. A very short walk into the centre of Kamari but far enough that it was nice and quiet to relax. Close to a bus stop for regular access to Fira. Breakfast was an added addition that had a good variety of food including tasty greek yoghurt and freshly squeezed orange juice. Miguel the owner went above and beyond and helped us make the most of our stay.

A very warm and welcoming stay in Kamari.

Really glad we stayed in Kamari, much less crowded than Oía and Fira. Location of hotel conveniently situation in the town and fairly quiet. Enjoyed having a nice breakfast each morning with freshly squeezed orange juice, yoghurt, and other tasty foods, plus time to get to know the owner, Vangelis, and chat about the island of Santorini and things to do there. I also really enjoyed riding a bicycle around the town that Vangelis let me borrow. Thank you Vangelis for your kindness and hospitality.

Everything was really nice. This really has nothing to do with Joanna Villas but I’d like to make a suggestion for the government of Santorini regarding transportation. It’s great there is a regular bus service to Fira from Kamari; however, it would be nice if Santorini offered more public bus service between the different towns on the island, and also to and from the airport

Fantastic stay

Everything, we stayed here 5 years ago, the rooms and breakfast area have now been upgraded and now have a modern look, the bed was extra comfy, the pool area was relaxing peaceful. Vangelis the owner was great. I would definitely recommend this place. Alan and Joanne

Perfect host

The property was very comfortable, especially with kids, and included all utilities and spaces for leisure such as 2 play areas for kids and a pool. The host, Vangelis, a gentleman, very friendly and a perfect host. He gave a lot of tips on places to eat and visit :). Excellent experience.

We had an issue with room services - not a thorough job. Beds not done properly, a bit dusty under the beds, and they did not wash the dishes. This was very disappointing.

You can't miss if you book at Joanna Villas for your Santorini vacation. From the beginning everything hit the spot. A warm welcome from our host with a recommendation on all of the best places to see, restaurants to visit and etc. The object has a really decent location next to the beach with all of shops and a bus stop close by. Kamari is really well connected to all the other sights. The appartment is cleaned on daily basis and the breakfast was fresh. Our host helped us also with organisation of the transportation. If we ever get the time to come to Santorini again this will be our place to stay. Thank you Vangelis!
