I didn't stay here myself but my step daughter did and she loved it ( cleanliness, faculties and convenience. )
This was bit of an emergency stay because the 1st hotel she arrived at didn't have hot water and the location was too far from the beach area.
The owner was very nice and allowed my step daughter to stay until her payment arrived.
Nothing.
The owners really helped resolve what would have been an otherwise horrible vacation.

The location is really close to the beach which is really handy as the beach is fabulous, we also loved the little outdoor terrace and having the ability to cook. You can also catch buses nearby to explore the island.
We were trying to organise trips and one of the cleaning ladies who didn't speak English, tried really hard to help us, and was very friendly.
The bed was very hard, and uncomfortable, I struggled to sleep. When we arrived, some kitchen utensils and the cooker were dirty (this needs better attention), the microwave is rusty, as is the fridge. I also got an electric shock off one of the outdoor light switches in the evening.
We were there over Easter and on the Saturday night, the nearby nightclub was still going at 5.30am. Other nights were fine, as most things had ended by midnight/ 1am.
We booked tours through Laura here, and weren't given the right information, there were hidden costs, and even after we checked if the guides spoke English (and were told yes by her), they didn't. Having tour options is really helpful for tourists, but costs need to be transparent, and people told what they are getting.

perfect location, just a few steps from the beach. Very clean room and property, housekeeping is done everyday, host and staffs are very friendly and kind.
