Great location, incredibly efficient check in. I was granted early check in actually.
Candelaria, who is in charge of doing the job is the nicest and more efficient person, simply lovely.
I was granted with 20% discount at Azafrán restaurant, at the same complex and 20% discount at Saphire beach club, really really posh!

The room was perfect and spacious. It had everything we needed to be comfortable.
My only negative was the hot water for the shower didn't stay hot/warm very long
