Beautifully decorated. The bed was extra comfortable and the pillows were as well. The shower was great with good pressure and temperature. I love the little cookies in the room along with plenty of tea and coffee all day long.
It is an amazing historic hotel. The staff were super friendly and the communication was top notch.
Simple breakfast available delivered right at your door. The presentation for breakfast was also very adorable and well thought out and designed.
Only downfall was I couldn’t figure out how to switch the Reign showerhead to the handle. However, that was probably user error.

The room decor is outstanding. The bathroom is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There is no AC or mini fridge - seems to be common in Scotland. The room was rather warm overnight.

The location is breath taking. Views of the bay from the large windows, ferries and boats going by constantly. You can see islands in the distance. The breakfast tray option is great. It arrived as promised and was perfect! The room is decorated in a very beautiful color scheme.
The main bed was a little uncomfortable, seemed to be a valley in the middle. For the price, I would have expected a little more.
