fish restaurant is excellent. their Thai food is very good. lovely green grounds. Nice large rooms.

Rooms were fine, if a little small but the view made up for it

There was an Indian wedding on during our stay, they were unable to avoid our entire experience being interrupted constantly, I spoke to concierge three times during a two night stay. The first time, some wedding party woman interrupted my check in to ask questions about the bathrooms. The second time, I had to write my questions down on a piece of paper for the loud drumming. The third time was to ask what time the lawn party would finish. (10:30pm on the dot, but it was very loud from around 6 pm. They only have one restaurant open untill Thursday, it’s a boring three days for lunch dinner and breakfast. Poolside service is snail like, like at least an hour and it may take an hour to find someone to take your order. The slowness could have been due to the wedding… I’ll never know, cause I won’t be back.

I liked the location,the property was really nice and nice private beach.

If there is one thing that i felt was lacking was food for vegetarians..The breakfast was great but when it comes to lunch and dinner there were too little options for vegetarians.

The hotel building located on the very end of the cape which makes it pretty private and peaceful. You can take a long walk on the wet sand beach for countless hours during the low tide in the afternoon. Staff are super attentive and friendly.

The facilities are in a desperate needs of a huge renovation. The hallway stinks, toilet has cockroaches stinky odors, old pillows, daybed/sofa cover looks dirty.

the rooms are good and the room service too. An unpleasant aftertaste was left by the fish bar .. No one was informed at check-in that we should book a place to eat in advance, as a result, we were kicked out of the EMPTY cafe, arguing that the full reservation, literally: "go eat elsewhere." And in another place you can eat in the evening on the fact: "that day we have only a buffet at a fixed price." For example, what do your other clients do if they had a limited budget and did not plan a fixed price? I think this is a shortcoming and the lack of notification of guests upon check-in.

Stayed at the hotel several times over the years. Still a comfortable hotel with open spaces and good service. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Right by the beach with nice pool.

The quality of Breakfast has been reduced noticeably. The bread used to be excellent. Where the pastry used to be delicious it is now replaced by bland chewy industrial products. The cheese corner is only a small portion of what it used to be, there used to be Feta Cheese, French Brie Cheese, capers and so forth. Now there are only cheap cheeses available like Cheddar and Gruyere, . The cheese was directly placed on the shelves of the display unit, not even offered on a plate. There used to be a delicious olive salad, presented in a bowl, now only 2 jars of olives, just removed the lid The serving bowls with hot food were empty a lot of the time as well, the majority where empty for around 20 mins, by that time many people were waiting so when the food finally arrived it was immediatly gone, having to wait again. . Breakfast used to be outstanding at Marriott Rayong, now it is just normal. Strange that the quality has reduced after all tourists are back. I can understand anyone would reduce quality to save money during covid for example. But with a full hotel I can't understand. Marriott is not a cheap hotel, the breakfast should be better. For me, having a relaxed breakfast is one of the main highlights of a hotel stay. Not sure if I will be back

Breakfast is OK. The Rooms need more staff to take care of them. The pool is quite old.

The check-in staff gave me the wrong information about the room and was not meet the detail that I was confirmed.

Fantastic big beautifully done hotel with excellent facilities. Pool is especially good.

It was a little pricey and a little soul-less.

I liked the whole hotel. The hotel design , rooms, elevators , spa, pool. it’s very chic . I liked the service and reception who Checked me in and checked me out quick.

Reception person must warn guests about the beach and that they do not have a security guard and guests are responsible for their belongings. I didn’t like that in 5 star hotel I relaxed and could not believe that something bad could happen. My brand Jimmy Choo sliders were stolen from the beach on my first day at 1 pm day time. There was random people too, not only hotel guests. We have already found out that there are no cameras facing the beach, and this is a huge minus. in expensive 5 star hotels, cameras should be everywhere, and especially on the beach, where people can leave their things when they go swimming.
