the staff was very attentive and accomodating to our requests and we always felt welcome and taken care of. The rooms and amenities are very good quality for the price.

Location is very close to Bang san.
The hotel charges an additional fee of 400 baht per night per dog, but provides no facilities for pets at all. Guests have to prepare everything themselves, including a pet bed and food bowls. There is not even a designated pet zone for dogs to relieve themselves.
On the day of check-out, the staff informed me that the bedsheet and blanket had paw prints on them and charged me an additional cleaning fee of 710 baht.
In addition, basic in-room amenities such as toothbrush sets and indoor slippers were not provided unless requested at the reception. The hotel also only provided one key card at first, and we had to ask for an additional one. This was necessary because when we had to go out for errands, there were some places where we could not bring our dog, so the dog had to stay in the hotel room. We needed another key card to keep the air conditioning on for the dog.
I have stayed at many hotels before, but I have never experienced a hotel this disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay with a dog. It is a “pet-allowed” hotel, not a “pet-friendly” hotel. The extra pet fee is absolutely not worth it.
Moreover, when we checked in, there was already dog hair from previous guests around the bed.
