Very nice hotel! Close to the beach. The pool wing has the biggest swimming pool we’ve seen! The beach wing has a lovely bar and restaurant on the beach. Excellent staff. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Everything good. Only disappointment was the roof bar and restaurant Koh was closed for our staff as only opens weekends.

Great room and pool area
The wine in the restaurant was too high

The location was excellent.
The food was served in large proportions, but was expensive, as were the wines and spirits.
Western breakfast quality wasn't as good as other international hotels!
The many Thai seafood restaurants on the main road, but they seemed to be exclusively occupied by Thai people?
Parking is absurd; the Ocean View has limited parking, so a shuttle bus is used to transport guests to and from the Garden View, which is inconvenient and frustrating. Dogs and children are welcombed, so the resort can be busy and nosy.
The ground floor room was small! Inexcplicably the bathroom, toilet area/space was greater than the bedroom! There wasn't a table or upright chairs to sit outside the room, instead there was a soft boncey sofa like cushion, a mere 9" deep which made it difficult to get up and down, particularly for the elderly.
Generally there is little to do in this location or around the hotel, so it can be boring!
We left a day early!
