Location in the middle of Ubud was great. Even thought it was just off an extremely busy road, it was very quiet. Plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as the Palace, the Monkey Forest and many shops. We loved the Balinese architecture of our room.
I didn't take into account when booking, that the breakfast is vegan. We tried it the first day only. It wasn't a big deal but I like my coffee with dairy milk so we chose to have coffee elsewhere.
The room we had was quite small which made it a little tricky with two suitcases, but we managed ok. I'm sure the family rooms are larger.

Room 22 quiet at rear of property. Plunge pool. Staff fantastic. A real gem in the heart of busy Ubud
Maybe breakfast was a bit non western for me. They could have added eggs

The staff was very nice and the facility reflected the Bali culture. The location was also nice.
The beds were not good and squeaked all night. Had trouble sleeping. I would have rated the property higher if not for the bug that was found in my wife's coffee on the last day. Also, my kids got some severe mosquito bites which became big uncomfortable bumps.
