Well located, close to the center, but still in a quiet area, full of lush greenary, we could hear all the time the birds singing.
We also liked the fact that we could have breackfast on the room terrace and the quality of the breackfast was also good..
The staff was also very welcoming amd the rooms very clean. Overall it was a correct hotel for the price we paid.
As in most places located in such areas, where the humidity is very high, there was a moldy smell in the room. Also we didn't have face towels, but for two days we didn't mind that much.

Location, its near to ubud central. Everything is near to this hotel.
Dirty bed sheets and very dirty mattress, you can easily see stains.

The location is great in that it is close to many yoga facilities and good restaurants of the main road but still central
The rooms were well appointed particularly for the money however the pillows were lumpy and the stairs in to the hotel then up to my room on the third floor were a lot
The bath did not appear clean and the cups for coffee were stained. No hot water for my much needed shower after arriving and the shower was water came out side ways
