Emplacement et personnel au top !

Personnel adorable et très serviable. Le logement spacieux et propre. Piscine propre et appréciée pour se rafraîchir. Emplacement parfait: proche du centre d'Ubud tout en étant calme, une prouesse !

Petit bémol : petit déjeuner un peu frugal avec un choix un peu limité. Nous aurions apprécié des fruits frais.

Für ein/zwei Nächte in Ubud vollkommen ausreichend

super Lage, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, sauberer Gemeinschaftspool, gepflegte Außenanlage, gutes Frühstück, gemütliche Betten

Wenn man duscht wird das ganze Bad nass, insgesamt hätte das Zimmer etwas sauberer sein können

A gem of a place

The property is located very close to Ubud centre. There are so many restaurants and bars to choose from in the street the property is located in. I travelled from Nepal with my parents and brother and we absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious with a double and 2 single beds with all the amenities. It is very clean. Our room had a pool view although we did not have enough time to make use of it. We saw other guest at the property making most of it. There breakfast menu has a variety of choice and they made it available for us at 7.30 every morning. The staff are friendliest any smiliest people I have ever met. They were always polite and always ready to help. I highly recommend Bali Sila Bisma.

Enjoyable and welcoming

It was very clean and the staff where lovely and helpful. Their driver who took us on a day excursion was really nice, had great English and very informative. I would definitely recommend.

Pleasant

The room was large and right by the pool, the pool didn't feel very clean but maybe I just got unlucky. The location is excellent, quiet but close to central Ubud, right on a street that has lots of great food available and isn't too full of traffic (for Ubud). Breakfast was generous. Quite expensive but I stayed in home stays mostly so it was compared to that rather than compared to Ubud prices.

Cozy place offering all the luxuries you need at good value for money

We enjoyed the small pool, which gives this place a beautiful, luxurious and exclusive atmosphere (unfortunately it's a bit noisy outside from the neighbourhood tho). I guess such a pool is rare to find in other places, which tend to be crowded with other guests. Also, the staff was really friendly and attentive. The location is really convenient and central in Ubud with many high-rated restaurants and cafes in close walking distance.

The breakfast was a bit small and simple. Fortunately, we booked a quad room, so the two of us could order a little bit more. However, we expect a bit more complex and thoughtful options - especially for this price and comparing with other places in this "hip" neighbourhood. A plain sunnyside-up egg with fries and ketchup didn't do it for us. Maybe take some inspiration from other cafes nearby? And why not offer breakfast on the small veranda of the room? The ventilator box of our A/C (outside the building) was so noisy (like a helicopter) that it was hard to sleep while keeping it turned on at night. In consideration of our neighbours, we rarely used it. A second softer pillow would have been nice, too (my partner liked her's tho).

The bathroom was nice, the rooms layout was fine for our one night stay & the view from the room. Can’t comment on the location as we were only there for one night to sleep as we had plans both days.

The air con was that noisy. Like it felt like I was in a thunder storm and the rain would go heavy to light. I woke up literally thinking it had been storming the whole time when it was just the air con. Which wasn’t even that good of an air con anyways. The wifi was also pretty average and with some dead spots for 4g was abit annoying

Great location and welcoming staff members

I stayed at this property with my parents while visiting Bali. It was our first place after arriving in the island where we received the biggest welcome from the staff members. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable for us. Also we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Thank you kindly for everything!

Nothing to complain about, really. Would suggest for other travelers to use the opportunity and spend some time in this beautiful apartment. Anything you might need is just around the corner.

Room and facilities were amazing and the staff were super friendly. Super safe area and great location that was easy walking distance to main sites but without all the hustle and bustle.

Breakfast is served between 8-10, which was a bit of a struggle with my 2 early risers. Staff were able to slightly accommodate with a 730 Breakfast which slightly helped.

comfortable, stylish and great location

This was a very comfortable stay with stylish room, beautiful bathroom and picturesque pool right outside our room we could enjoy our breakfast at the restaurant or outside our room next to the pool It was an easy walk (15 min) down to the monkey forest and also two great shopping streets with one way traffic Lots of great warungs, spas and a few shops on the street. Many of the restaurants overlook rice paddies the monkey forest was brilliant. Hundreds of monkeys lounging and playing in their natural environment and walking through the forest was incredible!

recommended for someone looking for a flexible, friendly, and professional hotel near the Ubud CBD

There is 24/7 reception and check-in, perfect for us to check out early for sunrise tours. The staffs are super friendly and did a great job accommodating our needs. They provided us with take-out breakfast and help us with the communication with our driver.

There seemed to be water leakage from the ceiling but not really a major problem to us.

Great location, great facilities and awesome staff. Highly recommend!!

Great location near cafes and restaurants. Short walk to shopping district. Fantastic size room and the bathroom and bathtub were incredible. The pool was clean and a great size for kids. All the staff (including housekeeping) constantly went above and beyond. Would love to stay here again!!

We loved staying here

It was a very large spacious room that opened onto the pool. It felt very tranquil and that you can relax. It was close to restaurants, supermarket and we enjoyed the walk to the monkey rainforest. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

Very good location within walking distance from the main shopping street, temples and restaurants, but at the same time quite and removed from the traffic and droves of tourists. Good help in getting taxis and other information.

The water in the shower had a peculiar 'pondy" smell, but that might be all over Ubud.

Very comfortable beds, amazing bathroom, spacious living areas in sky suite 1, outstanding and friendly service.

Bathroom was great with fantastic water pressure but funny smell to the shower water - may not be safe to get too much in your mouth.

Highly recommend, value for money, location and staff are fantastic!!

Fantastic location. Hotel Is so clean and the rooms are really big. Staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. So many nice bars on restaurants on the Main Street close to the hotel. Beds were so comfortable, really good AC and bathrooms were great and full of supplies

The room was spacious and very nice. The hot shower was working properly, the toiletries smelled good, the wifi was stable. The location was near Ubud Palace, also near restaurants, and right beside a spa (T Glow Spa). The staff were amazing - Wayan and Sayek helped us with every request and question, very awesome staff!

The main street (Bisma) was a bit narrow and there were a lot of potholes. Please take care in walking along the street at night.
