Good location, many shops and restaurants around, not far from metro station. Good value for money.
Soundproofing could be better. Small elevator with long waiting time, and stairs almost unaccessible because of repair works.

cheap price , everything works , for the low price it is considered good , cleanliness was good at resturants, but cleaning rooms wasn’t good , the staff was not bad , some where friendly, some wasn’t.. location is for whole sale so peaplecwho are looking for buying, it is a good location, I was not looking for whole sale
