Such a great central location in historic Naples. It had lift access for bags and was well located for the metro. You could also walk to many things. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe and Verena was super helpful suggesting places and arranging taxis. Breakfast voucher for cafe up the road was much appreciated.

The location was fine. The room small but adequate. Bathroom and walk in shower terrific. The staff was very pleasant and tried to make us comfortable.
NO ELEVATOR! Long staircase to first floor. Made it difficult to just go out for a snack or breakfast. Breakfast was not provided on site. We were given voucher for a little cafe down the block. While the 3 locked gates made for security, I guess. on top of the staircase it made for an unpleasant entrance and exit.
