Location was perfect, good food and friendly helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable and a good size
Not a lot of choice at breakfast and the bar shuts early, but thankfully the cocktail bar in the hotel next door was always open until late.

Beautiful garden and beach just few steps from your vila
Restaurant where breakfast were served could have nicer decoration, but it is just a small nice to have thing.

The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. The beach is very beautiful. You can rent scooters for 300baht a day at the resort.
This was our most expensive stay in Thailand and for that it was a little disappointing. The pictures are quite old. Some of the chairs in the beach area are broken, some of the cushions on the deckchairs are thin and old (not comfortable). The breakfast was ok-ish, at the evening the restaurant was always empty, not sure if you can have dinner there at all - all in all the vibe was just a little off. We ended up getting dinner at a very beautiful resort an about 5-10 min walk at the beach away.
