The size and the location and the room
Even if I was in a no smoking area, the tabacco smell was unbearable even in that room

Lift with very strong cigarette smell may be due to 2-4/F is smoking floor

It is well located, next to the station. As it it near the station,
there could some noises coming from the trains. In spite of that, it is good place to stay.

It’s really convenient to get to as it is beside the station but that is about it.
It is really noisier than expected especially when trains are operating. But one thing i learnt is there are some hotels nearby (similar concept with shared bathroom) that are cheaper with better facilities. For instance, the others offer amenities for the onsen and have a steam room.
