The location is perfect and the facilities are very pleasant.
It's a shame they removed the tatami from japanese style rooms during renovation. Sleeping on a futon was more comfortable with tatami.

I got to have my own room with reasonable price within distance of JR train and subway.
Have to go to ground level for showering but it’s actually not a big deal for me as I have my own slippers to walk down stairs and during showering.

Close to stations and convenience stores. Free coffee/tea station
We were told we were ‘upgraded to a bigger room’ however it couldn’t even fit the 2 futons flat but were overlapping. The walls are very thin that our neighbour was snoring all night and the traffic was horrible. The girls sections is in a different hotel altogether. And the elevator is incredibly slow.
