Great location for Usher Hall (2min walk) & about 15/20mins from Edinburgh Centre. Quick check-in via key code & the luggage store was a handy bonus as it saves you taking cases/bags with you as you explore the city. The room felt comfortable & homely with everything you needed.
Bathroom sink was too high for me (I’m only 5”1) so had to stand on tiptoes to brush teeth/wash face - few stains on carpet.

Location was great for us with everything notable being withing walking distance. Really nice garden view too. Facilites were good too with dishwasher being a bonus.
The ironing board needs replacing. I needed to iron a tshirt and almost stained it due to burn marks on the board. Noise from other guests / residents were noticeable but no worse than being in a busy hotel.

Location is awesome
No parking. The carpet was a tad stained...perhaps hard wood flooring with a big area rugs would be better
