Location is outstanding, and the hosts have made important investments to manage the impact of sound from the street. Our stay was quiet. The information packet in the apartment is perhaps the most comprehensive I've ever encountered. Having 2 bathrooms was nice, but not necessary for our family of 4. Two bedrooms, with one set of twin beds and a queen made this perfect for a family with kids. Washing machine and drying infrastructure was a huge help.
When we arrived, there was a pair of pants from either the cleaner or the host (or someone else) in the apartment. The couches probably should be replaced - they look faded and are uncomfortable to sit on. The kitchen is functional but very small. Hosts could be more responsive to emails.

Perfect location! Close to everything, but tucked away in a side street so it was pretty quiet. We loved spending time in the living room and enjoying the view of the theater. It was a nice bonus to be able to wash our clothes too.
The shower was a little confusing, and the water could be scalding hot.
