Very clean, extremely spacious - having 2 bathrooms ( one en-suite) was brilliant as we travelled as a couple with our adult son. The kitchen was a good size and there was tea, coffee and milk waiting for us which is always welcome.
The beds were comfortable as was the furniture in the lounge.
Communication with hosts was speedy and cordial and we felt very secure in the property due to the key fob and code system.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Separate lounge & Juliet balcony’s , proximity to Grassmarket & not overlooked , two bathrooms , huge TV !
Small things a tea pot & a cafetière & some English breakfast tea bags would have been lovely .
