The hotel was just perfectly located near everything - the staff went absolutely beyond their duties, really nice and helpful. Very clean. The room was big and right opposite the beach.

The location was great. The room/rooms had everything you need to make the stay enjoyable and easy. Jake, Shane and Justin were all very friendly, helpful and made the stay memorable.
The location and the staff! The rooms were great as well. The balcony was a great place to enjoy mornings and evenings.

Location, clean, quietness, quality and comfort of the room, staff, service, even the taste of the hotel design are all super nice!
Seaweed smell from the beach. The hotel hired someone to clean the seaweed every day to reduce the smell, but still some time during day, the smell can be pretty strong. But all the hotels on the beach have the same problem. It's not Caye Casa's fault.

the staff was very helpful
Out of their control but the smell of the Sargassum was unbearable. Linens needed to be changed, lots of hair in the bed.
