Shell Cove Condominium 9, located at 2310 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach, is a two bedroom, one bath Gulf front unit that will sleep six. The beach stretches for miles in either direction! This unit has an updated kitchen and flooring. It is an affordably priced and comfortably furnished, upper level condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico. There is a 40" flat screen television in the living room. as well as 31" flat screen televisions in both bedrooms. Relax on the sugar sand beaches and cool off in the emerald green waters. This complex is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the sunsets over the beach from the open porch. This unit sleeps six with a queen size bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Shell Cove is a wonderful Bradenton Beach vacation rental and you'll love it! Shell Cove 9 is a one week minimum rental. Shell Cove does not have a community EV charger. The electrical usage of electrical vehicles is reserved only for maintenance personnel. There is currently a level 2 charging station at the Beach House. No extension cords permitted. Parking is limited to one vehicle. Not pet friendly

We have stayed at Shell Cove before and it didn’t disappoint either time. It is right on the beach with a very short sand trail leading back and forth. The condos are not fancy, but cute and quaint. They have just about everything you need. Ours included beach chairs and an umbrella. We will definitely stay here again!

This was a nice place with a great view.We did buy groceries at the local Publix to wake up to them having ants in them and several on the counters.We have stayed with Island Vacation Properties a couple of times before with no issues so I’m sure they will address this issue.

5++. Condo is exactly as pictured, no surprises. Directly on a fantastic beach with balcony view of the beach. Beautiful sunsets. Condo was clean and well stocked. Many restaurants and a Publix within 2 miles. Trolley comes past if you don't want to drive. We found we had a broken umbrella and only one beach chair. Contacted management and within an hour 4 new chairs and an umbrella were delivered to our door. This was an absolutely perfect trip, wish we could have stayed longer.

Great place to relax. Was everything we expected. Unit 9 had a great view of the Gulf and the sunsets. Was very quiet, and the beach being so close was exceptional. Loved our stay wish it could have lasted longer!

It was just what we needed, and would have been happy to stay a second week. The beach is steps away; sunsets every night. The location was close to many restaurants. Only two criticisms. The iron was broken and there is no oven. Knowing that, I would stay there again. The dishes and pots and pans were in good condition. We do cook, so appreciated that.

This was our first venture to Florida staying at a condo, so we did not know what to expect. The accommodations were very good. We did have some issues which we addressed to the rental agent, the main one was that the dryer in the facility was not operational and was not repaired during our two week stay, we were told they were waiting for a part on order for the repair. It was also brought to the attention of the rental agent, that some of the dishes that were stored in the closets were not clean and the dishes and other amenities were very spartan. A representative from the rental agency stopped by to see us and presented us with a gift card to a local restaurant due to the inconvenience of not being able to utilize the automatic washer and dryer. There was another issue with the drain in the bathroom sink as it was not operational in opening and closing. in spite of this we had a wonderful time.

The whole process was exceptional. I scheduled a very last minute trip and the rental company was so accommodating to my needs. I ended up with a very nice, clean oceanfront condo that fit our family perfectly. when we had one minor issue they were there within 10 minutes to get it fixed. We had a great experience working with Island Vacation Properties. We ran into a problem with the washer/dryer not working and a previous issue with them that hadn't been disclosed when we made the reservation (hence the reason for the 3 stars related to property condition), but maintenance stayed in contact with us during our vacation and is working to compensate us for the inconvenience. We sincerely appreciate the customer service and follow-through. Aside from this, the unit is great and you couldn't ask for a better location. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay at Shell Cove! It was small, which we REALLY loved. There was a really good little ice cream shop (Small Town Creamery) that we visited twice and adored. Longboat and Siesta Keys were a very short drive away and were beautiful places to see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come again next year!

We normally stay in Shell Cove #8 but it was rented for the week we wanted and luckily, we found #9 online. We were very impressed by the furnishings, decor and amenities that some beach front condos don't have. The outdoor table and chairs are comfortable and large, the living couch and TV welcoming and handy, we had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bedroom and main bed was super comfortable with great linens. Our only critiques would be the bathroom sink faucet lacked pressure, the beach umbrellas and chairs provided were either broken or very rickety and the frig is very small, which was fine for just 2 people but I can imagine a family staying might run out of room quickly. You just can't beat the location and the view, just steps from the beach and the 2nd floor offers more privacy without people walking back and forth in front of your door to and from the beach. You can just kick back, grab your glass of wine and have a front row seat to the sunset every night! The property managers were very easy to work with and loved the app to access information, even though it didn't properly update us when the key box on the door broke and we had to drive to the office to pick up the key. All in all though, we would highly recommend this property!
