There is so many positive things to say about this place. The location and staff are both spectacular. The bathroom and bed were wonderful and on a hot summer night here in Rome the AC was a blessing. I was able to fortunately find this place when I was short on time and oh boy I’m glad I did. I would recommend this place to just about anyone when I’m back in Rome. I will think about this place again 10 out of 10 stars the staff is so nice!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. The location was close to the train station, restaurants, and Vatican City.
A lot! I didn’t think the cost for the room equaled the value of the facility. Did I rent an ancient Roman house or a modern hotel? The room and was outdated and needing repair. Paint was peeling from the walls and the mirrors looked from ancient history. The bed was hard like a platform bed. The room needed a coffee/tea station. Two bottles of water were free otherwise you had to pay for the beverages in the small fridge. There was a roach in the room. Maybe he was our room host? The hotel is in the middle of a condominium complex, below the first floor. The locals looked at us like we were intruders. There is no natural light in the room. Good thing we didn’t stay more than 2 nights.
