Great location, only 10 mins on tuk tuk to unesco site and can walk to nearby restaurants and lake, pool was very clean and welcomed dip after day of exploring. Family room was great with two bunks and two double beds.

Lovely place with very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged a tour with the TukTuk driver, Shami, very nice guy! The rooms and the swimmingpool are great. Very good place for what you pay.

Friendly staff, that were helpful when needed and did not try to sell trips, transport and other things when not asked for (but are very helpful when asked). Good location and spacious room.
The food at the accommodation was tasty and had a good price/quality and there are plenty of options available. For breakfast I mostly recommend Sri Lanka breakfast.
The fact that there is a pool is a plus as well. They also helped me out by keeping my luggage for a while after checkout so I could go see Mihintale (highly recommend) and come back before continuing traveling.
The pool had too much chlorine in it for me to enjoy, swimming goggles are advised (luckily i brought those)
Nobody mentioned that you needed to 'reserve' Sri Lankan breakfast the evening before, even though I appreciate it that they still made me what was available!
Ik dont know if there are towels available for the pool, but i just used my own.

Comfy bed and hot shower.
Confirmed we were arriving late and confirmed this was ok. On arriving at 1am , accommodation in darkness. No message and no key left ( a wattsapp or email could have been sent). Eventually found a room unlocked and slept there. Room was musty and smelled damp. Not the deluxe room I had booked.Mentioned this to owner the next day but no apology given.
