For me, I found the room very nice, comfortable bed, nice hot shower, good quiet A/C, for the age of the rooms, they have been tastefully renovated, they didn't smell of bleach or have any bad smell about it, crisp sheets.
I found the pillows to be too soft for my liking, but not horrible, the worst thing I found, being attached to a pub, there were some drunk people at 2am outside my door being very loud, they were guests of the motel, they were rude about the fact I was trying to sleep when I confronted them about what they were doing.
The only option for breakfast at 6am, was the bakery a couple minute walk from the room

The location was perfect 👌. We had a meal at the Aussie, and it was awesome also.
That people visiting the pub would take the motel car park.

Location to rail trail. Fair for price.
Close to bottleshop and staff smoking spot close to rooms.
