Such a unique property.
We do quarterly management retreats and we chose this place because it seemed unique and different than the places where we usually go, and indeed it was.
This place has so much charm.
I will say that it is a bit isolated and not a ton to do and the property is a bit lacking for games and activities, though upon my suggestion they went out and bought some yard games before our stay was even over for the next guests to enjoy.
Otherwise it is a great place. It's not far from Santa Fe for activities and so quiet and relaxing.
This is a great property for retreats for sure and definitely great communication with the owners/property managers and excellent service.

The communication was excellent from the host and onsite management. Check in was easy. Fantastic hacienda with amazing views, great commercial kitchen, cozy fireplace and lovely rooms with their own bathrooms. Ample towels and toiletries. The host was terrific! He gave us a thorough tour with the history of the home. He was available and very helpful. Easily located off Cerillos road and a quick drive to Santa Fe Ski area. The Mine Shaft bar in Madrid had live music, great food and drinks. All in all this was the perfect location for a weekend getaway.

This was a buddy golf trip to play Paako Ridge with eight pretty affluent guys very used to very nice lodging. The home provided a great set up allowing each of the eight guys to have their own bedroom and ample space to socialize comfortably.
I think some of our issues would have been solved with an in person check in to show us around the house and explain a few things. As an example we hand washed all dishes which took significant time because none of us knew how to use the commercial dishwasher. We didn't even find it until the trip was almost over. Some light switches were never found to turn on lights in different areas.
There is a beautiful outdoor patio with stellar views but there was no furniture to sit on to be able to enjoy the patio. I thought this was really strange.
The home was not very clean. It's large so that might be part of the issue. There were mice running around. I let them know and they set traps. I also understand being remote like this in a large home you are going to have critters to deal with.
They also fixed the wi-fi issues promptly when notified it was down.
Overall this was a good experience and the house provided a good set up for our trip but when you are paying $300 per night per guest I expected a little more than what I got.
