Great location in beautiful historic building. Our hostess Maureen was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were friendly and obliging.
While we were on the ground floor, which was great, the room was very small. Being a 2 storey room, the shower was upstairs, while the rest of the bathroom was downstairs, which was a bit inconvenient.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed. Quality of the furnishings. Breakfast range and quality. Pool and rooftop area were such a bonus. Ferry and bus links minutes away. Area with lots of character, more relaxed and not as busy as Valetta.

Very convenient location. Just a few minutes walk from the ferry to Valletta and from beautiful Birgu. The roof top pool was a lifesaver in the heat.
The staff were excellent. They were friendly and helpful and willing to go out of their way to assist.
Breakfast was generous and varied with both cooked and cold items. There were water dispensers placed throughout the hotel so that you could fill your water bottles as needed.
The hotel was quirky and the public areas were thoughtfully decorated to give a boutique feel.
The bedroom window looked over a very utilitarian outdoor space. Basically you were looking at external walls. The bathroom was a bit tired and in need of tlc. The shower controls were rusted and some of the grout badly discoloured. All was functioning but didn’t look great. Some of the towels were a bit worn.
