The staff are very friendly, the hotel room is clean, and I really liked the free cocktail. The location is good, directly next to the Rhine River.
You can clearly see that the room has gotten old. A lot of the furniture is broken, and the table in the room has a crack.

When you know Moxy, you know what to expect and it never disappoints. I just love the concept of a 24 hrs open lobby/bar. Moxy Ludwigshafen is in a great location, giving you everything in short distance. Staff always helpful and service orientated.
As always - the pillows are hard and thick, which makes a longer stay a challenge when you don't bring your own. The parking requires asking for manual opening by a staff member every time you want to go in or out - a minor inconvenience but still.

Poor housekeeping, lack of facilities such as wardrobes, kettles etc, breakfast - limited options + overpriced (€19 pp)
