All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Occupancy: 6 Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin. Parking: On-site parking for 2 vehicles. One designated space allocated for the unit and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. The Kroger unit in Wrightsville Dunes E 1C has a good, well-stocked kitchen, good balcony furniture and a nice kids room with twin beds. But both the Master King bed and double bed need replacing -- both too soft and very sloped and/or sunken. Double bed should be a Queen to adequately accommodate a couple. The living room couch is disgustingly dirty, and very hard to enjoy for that reason. It needs to be reupholstered and cushions discarded. If these improvements were made, we'd be happy to return to this unit.

At check in, we were not given the code to access the building. We were only given the digital code for the unit itself.
We had to call the after hours phone line to get access to the building.
Once in the property, everything was OK for the most part with 2 exceptions.
First, the deadbolt lock on the sliding glass door was broken and fell off. Not too much of a safety concern since we were on the middle floor, but it made it nearly impossible to use the door.
The biggest inconvenience was the king mattress in the master bedroom. Not sure if there were no box springs or just a cheap mattress. Either way, the mattress was a bowl. The mattress rolled into the middle and also caused our feet to be above our head. We had to prop pillows throughout the bed to make it seem flat. We both left the vacation with sore backs.
For over $1200 for 2 nights (it was our 10-year wedding Anniversary) we expected to be comfortable. It's a shame too because everything else about the unit was perfect!

This is a great condo for a family looking for a bit more peaceful get away. Wrigthsville Dunes is located on the north end of the island and there is limited public parking. Despite this, there are some higher density condos and condotel's at this end of the island - I was pleased to see the beaches were no where near as crowded as the central downtown areas. Thus - this part of the island requires more driving than walking to things, but you are rewarded with more space on the beach strand. The condo itself is very well maintained. Easy access to elevator was great for the initial move in and the final move out. The AC worked extremely well - something I am always cautious about on those hot summer beach trips. Water pressure was high and everything simply worked well. The management company was great and provided great service at check in as well as responding quickly to a minor concern we had during the stay. Their attention to detail and speed of service can not be matched and I highly recommend not only the condo but also the company! We will be back soon I hope.

This condo is well equipped and decorated very nicely. This condo needs some TLC in fixing overused items such as -sink in the owner bath does not drain well, the toilet Paper holder in the owner bath is loose, the sliding screen to the outdoor deck kept falling off the track, the rings for the shower curtains and the other baths are pitted and rusted and the shared bath shower controls have no indication which is hot or cold. We originally had a different condo rented but we’re told it was not available after we booked it. We were given a choice of three others and chose the Kroger. We were not told that there would be renovation noise in the adjacent condo which was very loud the morning after we got there and lasted all day and parts of the 2nd day. The rental office offered nothing but an apology. We were not told that the pools were closed. It would have been delightful to sit on the pool deck.Love the complex however better communication from the realtor was expected but not delivered. Be prepared to make your own beds they claim Covid rules prevent it but how to Hotels do it?

We had a very enjoyable stay. The property was accurately described in the description. The property was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked.The bed linens and towels had been cleaned by a cleaning service and were sealed in plastic. I appreciated that especially during these COVID times. My only suggestions are to clean the couch and chairs, or cover them with fitted covers that can be removed for washing. They are beginning to show some wear and tear. Also, replace the rugs in the bathrooms with memory foam type vinyl rugs that can be wiped off to cleaned.
Overall, we had a wonderful trip. The weather was perfect with temperatures in the high 70's in December. We had a delicious anniversary dinner at Catch Restaurant. I would recommend the property to family and friends.

Kroger provided a lovely private beach vacation. We rarely heard or saw other guests and loved meals on the deck with a great sky/ocean view. Beautiful sunrises! It was fun to enjoy the pool area on our walks to and from the beach.

It was clean but carpets desperately needed to be cleaned. They had people working to put up hurricane shutters. Told us it would take 3-4 hours and it took 3 days of in and out. Master bed is VERY lumpy and NOT comfortable. This is about our 5th year staying in this unit and probably our last.

The property description was accurate; however, the living room furniture was worn & unclean. The king-sized mattress was lumpy & uncomfortable. The property was reserved and paid the total amount due in March. I received a call from Bryant Realty the week prior to check-in informing me workmen would be installing hurricane shutters-an exterior job taking an hour.On the 3rd day, we returned to the unit, realizing someone had entered the unit, drilled an electrical outlet thru the wall of the master bedroom,and had left wires protruding into the room. The installer said all of the electrical work had not been completed & that they would be returning the next day, taking several hours to complete, including installing a manual crank inside the unit. I asked the installer if he could finish the job then, as they had already drilled, etc., for 2 hours. He said they needed to return the next day, making this a 2-day project during the 5 days I had the unit rented, resulting in loss of use & invasion of privacy! An unidentified man from Bryant called asking me when it would be convenient the next day for the installers to return to complete the job. I told him I was there on vacation, not to have hammering, drilling, and gigantic aluminum shutters being hauled thru the unit by workmen; and, that there was no convenient time while the customer occupied the unit. I called the Bryant Office Manager describing the disruption & he accused me of threatening him. I explained I was simply giving him information to give to the Wrightsville Dunes HOA that nob-emergent improvements to units not be made when a unit is occupied by a customer paying a premium rental fee! The customer was informed of the many extra charges which could be incurred for failure to abide by the numerous rules & regulations, yet the customer could have a vacation ruined at the convenience of the owner.

Soccer tournament weekend getaway
Great property and quiet location. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely consider it again! The kitchen is very well stocked as are extra blankets and pillows. A very slight request/recommendation would be to include instructions on working the televisions and thermostats. It took a while to figure out that there was Roku capability amongst all the random remotes in the living room and master bedroom. And the thermostat could not be adjusted past a 2 hr hold. Other than those two minor details, everything else was wonderful!

This house was great for a girl's getaway! The only thing I was disappointed in was that one of the bedrooms had 2 twin beds. The place is clean and in a great location. You practically have the beach to yourself on that end of the WB.

Nice, clean condo
The unit was nice and clean with a beautifully remodeled kitchen and master bathroom. Hard flooring throughout was a big plus, easy to keep clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Outdoor furniture was very nice. Beds were comfortable.
The property itself is in a great location on a fairly quiet stretch of beach. It is well-maintained. There are two swimming pools which were also nice and clean.
The only let-downs were that the towels were very cheap and small (think gym towels), no beach towels available. Also the living room furniture is clean, but worn out and uncomfortable. There also should be TVs in the second and third bedrooms.
Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely be happy to rent this unit again.

The right condo makes all the difference
As my aunt and uncle were joining us on this beach trip our requirements for a vacation rental were pretty specific - we couldn't stay a whole week, we're beach people - my aunt prefers a pool, needed an elevator, needed two bedrooms and a two baths, wanted beachfront and a covered patio, wanted private beach access and onsite parking. This rental met all these while exceeding our expectations. The location is just about perfect - close enough to get to restaurants and groceries but far enough north to avoid crowds and traffic. With the private beach access we were able to carve out a little area on the beach without waking up at the crack of dawn and being crowded and everyone was very good about keeping their distance. The pool are was clean and well kept - the pool attendant was personable and friendly. The unit was clean, quiet and well furnished. The kitchen had just about everything we could need for meal prep. The ocean views from the living room and master bedroom are the show stopper - just fantastic. The linen package provided was great - loved that it included two dish towels and a dish sponge. I noted some comments about the beds in previous reviews. My aunt (who had the master) could not say enough about how comfortable the bed was and my husband and I found the queen to be comfortable as well. There are extra pillows in the closets so you should be able to find one to suit you. All four of us were very, very happy with this condo (no small feat) and would rent again in the future without any reservation. On the very minor list of suggestions I would make to the owner: a fan in the queen bedroom would be a nice addition, I wish the patio chairs sat a little higher so the railing wouldn't be in eye line when sitting and the other bathrooms outside the master could be updated but everything worked just fine. This really is a great condo and we loved our stay. Also the check in process was super easy!

Very troubling experience at the Kroger property. Upon arrival, we found dead flies in the coffee carafe on the kitchen counter, and obviously the unit had not been recently cleaned or inspected in spite of the current Covid 19 pandemic. Then, a horrible foul black sludge came out of the drain when we were about to bath our granddaughter. Finally, a broken deck chair about put us on the floor when we sat it. To add insult to injury, within hours of arrival the condo manager put a “parking violation” note on our car because we had left a boogie board leaning against the car for about 20 minutes while we had gone inside to get more beach items. Perhaps he should have spent more time cleaning and inspecting his units rather then patrolling his parking lot. Although they did send someone to clean out the tub drain, Bryant has ignored and not responded to multiple notes and communications from me since then. Very unprofessional across the board.

This was a beautiful location with a great view. Two guests needed walkers, and the level hardwood floors and elevator access made it simple. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were quite soft. Beach access was also easy, and there were plenty of kitchenware to use for cooking and eating. Great place to stay!

The rental condo was lovely. It rained the majority of the time we were there, so we only had one full day on the beach. Despite the weather, we had a great week. The only issue was the bed in the master bedroom. The mattress had a slope on the right side, so I felt that I was sliding off at times. I would definitely suggest replacing the mattress.

We've stayed in this unit several times during vacation visits to Wrightsville Beach. The furnishings are nice however, the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. Besides the condition of the master bedroom mattress, I would recommend this unit to others.

After hours checkin very smooth,though could have used more description of what various security codes & keys were for. WIFI login incorrect, but we were able to figure it out. Condo very clean, nice updated furnishings/decor, and well appointed with all you need! More spacious than it looks in pictures and very comfortable for 6. Suggestions for improvements: thought charging more for skimpy amount of linens & more still if you wanted sheets put on your beds, was nickel & diming too much. Needed more "starter" shampoos/conditioner /lotion so each person has at least have one. BYO napkins.

We were return visitors to the Kroger . On previous stays we always felt the unit was clean and well maintained. This time however things had changed. We contacted Bryant after our arrival and they sent out a cleaning agency that provided some improvement. However several issues remained. Food and dirt still remained on the floors. Dirty dishes had been placed in the cabinets. Some eating utensils had dried food on them. The drawers for silverware had dirt in them. The refrigerator shelves needed to be cleaned. One of the bed spreads looked like it had dried feces on it. The headboard in the master bedroom was caked with dust. Some of the furniture looked dirty and could use an upgrade.
