We needed the room for one night and it was perfect. Very close to the university and the room and facilities were excellent. The staff were very helpful and polite as well. We will definitely stay here again

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive and always ready to help. They really made us feel welcome and were definitely the best part of our stay.
The property is quite old and, although it was generally clean, it could definitely use some renovation. The room we were given was smaller than expected and did not really match the room shown in the photos when we booked. For three people, it felt quite cramped.
The biggest issue, however, was the heat. There was no air conditioning and, although a fan was provided, the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. To be fair, we stayed during some exceptionally hot days in August in London, so we understand that this was not really the hotel’s fault and that air conditioning may not usually be necessary. Still, considering the age of the building and how warm the room became, this is something that could definitely be improved.
Overall, we had expected a more comfortable and spacious room based on the photos and our booking.
