The room was exactly as described. It was clean, it had the necessary amenities and all instructions provided were clear and timely. We would stay there again.
Water pressure in the shower was low but this is a London issue more than an issue with the property. The street outside can be loud but the window insulation is good, so if you are fine with closing the windows, it wouldn't bother you.

1) Location was close to London Tower
2) Offers a washing machine and dryer
3) Close vicinity to shops , Imbiss and public transport.
1) No staff and the self check-in was not very comfortable. We had to call the owner to ask for the access code.
2) The name of ‘Citymax Studio’ is not visible anywhere anywhere the entrance thus very hard to find the place.
3) No cupboard or place to hang / keep the clothes if you have multiple days stay.
