We had an amazing stay at Panorama and would highly recommend this accommodation to friends and family! We were welcomed despite arriving late and were treated with so much care by Aires, Nikka, and the Panorama staff. The included breakfast by Chabacano was so delicious and we loved waking up to the food. ☺️ They also helped us book our island hopping tour. Would absolutely return and book this location again!

First of all the property is BEAUTIFUL. Our room was clean & the view of the ocean from their restaurant is amazing. Breakfast was delicious.
Service is top notch. I would return here for the service alone! Upon check in, we were able to set up our island hopping tour & free foot massage with the front desk. We will definitely return to panorama the next time we are in El Nido!

The staff here are what makes this place so great! They care! They always are willing to provide the best service fast and whenever you want something. They define hospitality and the views!! Great food, drink and atmosphere.

The view is stunning, the restaurant staff are great, and the food was delicious. The front desk team was also very good and helpful.
I’m not trying to complain, but rather to bring these points to your attention as constructive feedback that may help improve the guest experience.
For the price of S$192 per night, we expected a higher level of cleanliness and maintenance. The air conditioning was quite dirty, the room felt damp, and the shelves needed more thorough cleaning. The shower was clogged and flooded after use, which we reported to the front desk, but unfortunately no action was taken.
There was also quite a lot of dust and dirt accumulated on the walls in the shower area. When looking up, you could see dust and cobweb-like debris hanging down, which was quite unpleasant and gave the impression that the area had not been properly cleaned for a long time.
We also noticed that the adapter for the coffee machine was missing, and this wasn’t noticed or addressed for several days.
I’m sharing this simply as constructive feedback, so the team is aware and can hopefully improve these areas for future guests.
