Location- access to the beach, serene away from crowds yet have restaurants with great food and leisure areas
Indoor pool is clean and just the right temperature
Staff - excellent service from check in to checkout, very respectful and accommodating, especially when we needed rush laundry service.
Areas for improvement: wrinkle free bed linen , iron or portable steamer availability in room
Have a boutique for needed items such as water shoes, bug repellent, sunscreen, etc
Wish- will have pet friendly rooms.

Disappointing Stay-Poor Room Conditions, Miscommunication and Unacceptable Customer Service
Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. What should have been an enjoyable and relaxing holiday turned into a stressful and frustrating experience.
On our first day, we had to change rooms three times due to several issues. The first room had an unpleasant fishy smell, so we were moved to a second room. Unfortunately, the door in the second room would not close properly, forcing us to move yet again. This was extremely inconvenient and not the welcome we expected.
We also experienced serious problems with an island tour that we had booked through the hotel. There was a clear lack of communication, as nobody informed us which tour agent we were booked with or who we were supposed to meet in El Nido town centre.
We even contacted the Huni main office to clarify our booking. They took our details but informed us that the booking had not been confirmed. As we received no proper confirmation or clear instructions, we had no choice but to arrange and book an alternative island tour ourselves.
When we returned to the hotel, the staff questioned why we had not joined their tour agent. We explained that nobody had informed us which agent we were supposed to meet or provided us with the necessary booking details. Despite this, the hotel attempted to charge us for the tour. We strongly disputed this, as the situation was caused by poor communication and a lack of proper arrangements on their part, not ours.
Given the numerous problems we experienced throughout our stay, we are formally requesting a refund as compensation for the inconvenience, stress and disappointment caused.
We genuinely did not enjoy our stay from beginning to end. Instead of having a relaxing holiday, we spent our time dealing with room issues, poor communication and unnecessary disputes over tour arrangements.
