Es un hotel muy bonito, playa súper bonita, y sin tanta gente, alberca genial, cómodo, buen desayuno etc

No me gustó nadita que no hay casi tumbonas en la playa, el desayuno es bueno pero para comer y cenar malísimo, solo la pizza es más o menos; de ahí en más guácala todo hasta las bebidas guacala malísimas, el hotel está lejos de todo menos del aeropuerto y además es muy aburrido

Best Hotel for a stay at El Nido

Seda Lio is one of the best hotels to stay at during a trip to El Nido. Located directly on the Lio beach which is the most beautiful during my visit it is close to the airport with an electric shuttle running. Rooms are large, and overall facilities impressive with a large pool and direct access to the beach. Perfect to disconnect as during my stay, they were a limited number of people on the beach, despite hotel being full. Service is great, with a special mention to the Security team who provided great recommendations. Perfect stay, thank you!

we plan to come up. this time i hope the sun stays out the entire time we are in seda lio

well maintained. clean. safe. exclusive beach front away from backpackers/ riff-raffs, garden room ground floor is good. non slippery pavements even when wet, nik nik advisory posters around the vicinity. well lit beachfront and pathway to the commercial center. 24H duty security at the beach front and entrance/ exit are to commercial area. attentive lifeguard on duty. pool is maintained clean. friendly and attentive staff. very good breakfast buffet. expansive area thus you get the privacy and peace for relaxation you need and you travelled for.

not enough hooks to hung things in the bathroom. no towel bar in the bathroom. the hotel needs to look at addressing permanently the floor drainage/ slope because when it rains, the water accumulates on walkways and floors of the garden area building. the roofing also needs to be looked at as rainwater tends to drop down on certain corners without downspout does adding to the pooling of water. this will do away with the little sandbags placed on certain places to prevent water from flowing into the building and placing anti slip mats for walkways. nik nik abounds. management should look into consulting a plant doctor/ botanist to determine what plants can be planted (artemisia abrotanum) in the area to get rid of the sandflies. my daughter got ravaged by sandflies when she hang out in the pool cabana. add more shuttle cars so guests need not resort to hiring motorcycle to go to the commercial area because the hotel shuttle is out to pick up guests at airport. pool bar can have roll down natural made blinds/ cover so that when rain goes sideways (coming from the beach area) guests and food served at the pool bar will not get wet and can still continue to enjoy eating/ drinking. re-educate hotel staff how to address PWD concerns. an incident happened at the hotel parking area. we parked in the slot nearest to the exit and walkway to the garden room where we are checked in. the guards on duty hounded us and were forcing us to transfer parking because a big company (Nissan) will use the slot we parked in. we explained that we have a PWD with us and he walks using a cane. even though the guards saw the PWD, they still insisted up to the point they were belligerent. when the head guard came to accost us also, he saw the condition of the PWD and he apologized. this should have not happened in the first place because we are also a guest of the hotel and every guest, PWD or not should be treated fairly.

relax at Seda

beautiful spot, right on the beach. amazing clean pool that doesn’t smell like chemicals. delicious breakfast. Awesome Seda Colada at the bar. sunset at night was wonderful. Peaceful stay. Rained in the morning but clear skies by noon. Close to shops, easy access to town. Amazing

no express laundry service. Brought ours to town they did it in 3 hours.

The swimming pool and the direct access to the beach is amazing. that is a nice hotel really close to the airport and the room are comfortable. The staff is really friendly and professional.

We didn’t know before to get there about the niknik (sandflies) at the beach. At least if we knew we would have bought the adequate product. Also the price at the restaurant and pool bar is a little high compared with other hotels.

Perfect Vacation

Awesome place to relax! All the staff were very friendly, accommodating and nice! Hotel facilities are indeed top-notch. The breakfast buffet was so good and so many selections. We weren't able to use the bathtub because of some water issues, but hey, they offered complimentary dinner for my family. We appreciated this gesture, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great place, but lacking staff training

Great property. Staff will assist when asked. The property manager quickly called their nurse when asked. Their in-house nurse was very helpful.

Waiters are slow and are not trained well. Most of them doesnt know what's available and are not familiar with what they're serving. I think this is because the kitchen or the restaurant managers or supervisors did not train them. No one seems to be leading them, and I can see how flustered they were when asked about the menu.

Very nice hotel but worst buffet experience ever

Very beautiful and spacious rooms, nice environment and calm and relax ambiance everywhere in the hotel. Seda Lio has a very nice beach as well .

Worst dinner and breakfast buffet I ever had. This is a crime for a 5 star hotel :). The dinner buffet was a ‘pizza & past’ night. It only had 1 medium size margarita pizza for the whole hotel and couple of spaghetti options, which took more than 30mins to prepare. good hotel but lacks of dining options. very disappointed.

Very overpriced. You get a lot more bang for you buck if you travel to Movenpick in Boracay.

beach and pool were good, Breakfast was alright. The staff in the restaurant that worked in the afternoon and served dinner were EXCEPTIONAL in every respect. Those staff members go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect!

We got a meal to take for tour A with us, and it was mediocre. There were 2 cookies included that were unbelievably delicious. I inquired how I could purchase more of those same cookies multiple times from the front desk and the restaurant over the following 2 days, and no-one seemed to find out how I could buy some. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were frequently playing around on their cell phones.

The pool side and the beach are fantastic.

We were contacted by the hotel prior to our arrival to arrange the transfer from Puerto Princesa's Airport to El Nido. However, despite replying we would in fact need a transfer, our messages were completely ignored by the hotel.

Much better place in town and three nights for the price of one at this place. Will never use it again.

Nice place

Staff were overbearing and the manager extremely rude. We went to the desk on day 4 of a weeks stay to ask about tours to be told we were getting charged 5000 peso more because we were smoking in the room. We had only smoked on the outside balcony. We had already said to the receptionist we wouldn’t do it again. After an argument with the manager explaining it all again he said this is your final warning! Nobody had approached us to say anything about it until we went to the desk. We said we might leave and the managers response was that’s fine with me, so we did. Didn’t feel welcome at all. Our transport into town wasn’t allowed to pick us up from reception so we had to walk about 100 metres across a pitch black bridge under repair in the pouring rain, was asked by several staff where we were going and were we checking out. Wouldn’t go back.

very disappointing hotel and definitely not a five star. more like a 3 star

the pool area and beach was lovely

The staff were not well trained and were unable to accommodate basic requests. the Wi-Fi did not work properly. the food was terrible and largely frozen food that was heated up. the front desk were not knowledgeable and often gave me conflicting information the room was not a 5 star room it was more like a 3 star and it wasn’t cleaned very well every day.
