If you are on your honeymoon, or on a romantic getaway, this is the IDEAL place to stay. But I had gone with one of my friends, so at first, I was so disappointed to find out that we were stuck on this island, so far away from El Nido, and that there was no boat service to and from El Nido after 5 pm. When I found out about this I asked them if I could cancel my reservation a week before we arrived, but they would not let me. We would not even be able to make it to the beautiful island hopping tours since we were so far away. Then we were given a room with no view, although I had booked an ocean view room. The front desk supervisor Jhona was wonderful and she really did everything to make our stay better. She upgraded us to an amazing beach front villa, and arranged for an island hopping tour to wait for us. The beach on this island is a sparkling turquoise, just like in the pictures, and they even take you around the island with a kayak if you want, which was an amazing experience!

The room was amazing with views of the bay and limestone cliffs. The staff was outstanding, communication before pickup was amazing and catered to our needs while on the island. The excursions and snorkeling were the best part, definitely would stay again!!

Excellent Customer Service. Highly recommend first time coming to the Philippines and they have made my stay amazing. I plan on coming back and bringing my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful experience.
