Bed was comfortable. Very good location.
Bathroom is huge so very cold, the floor being icy freezing, in early morning during winter. Not many choice of breakfast. Just bread and butter…

Dinner in the restaurant was tasty and filling
The spa bath in the room was a real treat
The lighting in the breakfast room was poor. You couldn’t read the labels on things and the coffee machine kept showing red lights, until a staff member rescued us. It would be helpful if the breakfast room had brighter lighting and instructions for use of the coffee machine were displayed (and what to do if it stops working). There were teabags provided but no way of knowing how to get boiling water.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the dining room menu looked good although I didn't get a chance to dine at the hotel, as there was a meal provided at the funcion I attended in town. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
I didnt realise there was no lift and so managing luggage up and down the stairs was a bit of a challenge.
At breakfast no-one could work the coffee machine and as it was early there was no staff available to ask for assistance.
I forgot to ask if there was WIFI and I couldn't see an information folder in the room. Such a source of information would be helpful.
