Clean and comfortable

Fan in bathroom sounded like it may take off

I liked the location; it was only a five minute walk to cafes, pubs, shops; very pleasant walk

I can't think of anything negative to say about Nelsons; was very pleasant and comfortable stay

Beds were super comfortable all 3 of us agreed. Easy walk to all the shops in the Main Street. Accommodating staff, slept in needed later checkout and it was no problem :)

I didn’t dislike anything I’d stay here again

Great room and hot water

I arrived to find no key, rang after hours number thre woman Laura told me they did not have a booking and asked me if I had the right place, then I waited 40 minutes for her arrival before ringing her again, she cussed on the phone multiple time during both calls, she finally arrived rotten drunk and told me she would take me out bush and then threatened me when I told her she may get a bad review, I was balling my eyes out what was meant to be a romantic spa hotel experience turned into a night I’ll always remember for all the wrong reasons, this woman should not be a manager
