La camera era super pulita e la signora che ci ha accolto ci ha anche dato tutte le info per la cena.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce Ryokan. Le personnel était accueillant. Ils ont pu adapter nos petits déjeuners le matin en nous offrant de la viande plutôt que du poisson. La chambre, était très bien, propre et les lits confortables. Nous avons trouvé l’esprit japonais que nous recherchions. La salle de bain était bien équipée et propre. L'hôtel est très bien situé à Miyajima (dans une rue calme à côté d’un temple, et à 2 minutes à pied du centre et du Tori).
Odeur assez forte quand on entrait dans la chambre. En aérant cela allait mieux. Cela n'était pas dû à un manque de propreté. Nous pensons que cela venait de la matière des tatamis eux-mêmes.

Outstanding- a true Japanese experience from the traditional Japanese room with excellent bathroom facilities to the varied traditional Japanese experience. What a beautiful place presented with such care. Also, really close to ferry point and a Lawsons convenience store just round the corner. We could not have asked for better. Look out for littke lounge at the back with garden for some real peace and quiet. Tops- highly recommend. I wish we could have stayed longer.

A beautiful, very well-preserved traditional Japanese house in an excellent location.
Unfortunately, we did not feel particularly welcome. When we arrived, the room was not ready and the staff asked us to go for a walk and come back later. We understood the situation and it was not a major issue for us.
The problem came at check-out. We were asked to leave the property as soon as possible, were only allowed to store our luggage for one hour, and were not even permitted to sit in the shared living room for 30 minutes while waiting for our ferry.
