Lovely villa with great 360 panoramic views from the roof terrace. Swimming pool area was great and we loved the flow of the villa. Villa had everything that we needed and great kitchen area with really good appliances in it. Great place to stay and will be looking to book again in the future

Good location. Walking distance to everything if you're feeling to walk 15/20 minutes which we were more than happy with. Strong Wi-Fi, well stocked kitchen, lovely roof-terrace and outdoor eating area. The inside had been cleaned very well upon our arrival and overall the place is very tastefully decorated and visually appealing as a living space.
We didn't get off to a great start when we arrived to find the previous-occupants toys/floatation devices in the pool, along with a couple of plastic bags. The pool was a green colour which we initially thought was lighting or the natural colour of the pool. 3 days in we arrived home and the pool was full of brown stuff which genuinely looked like there'd been some form of sewage leak (see picture). We contacted the managers and were told that the pool cleaner had been and declared it needed a treatment. Our issue was we had to contact the managers ourselves to be advised of this and the fact the pool could not be used for the remainder of the day. The following day the treatment had made the water crystal clear which whilst good, suggests to us it wasn't cleaned prior to our stay.
Our other issue was the lack of an information book. We have stayed at numerous villas on the island and there has always been information around where things are located, the local area and how to operate certain things (which would be useful for the roof fire-pit), but there was nothing of the sort. The managers were responsive, but you don't want to be having to whatsapp them for every small thing. 5 days in we were low on clothes and needed an iron, but there was not one to be found. Again the owners were responsive and said that could get one to us, but not until Monday (this was Saturday) so we declined the offer as we were departing Tuesday morning.
Other gripes included batteries in the TV remote not working on arrival, a BBQ which we would deem unfit for use, a beeping smoke-alarm (low battery) upon arrival which the cleaner was seemingly unable to hear. We have never felt compelled to leave negative feedback but some real basics were overlooked and it felt like there was a real lack of attention to detail in preparing the villa between occupants (in some areas).
