Value for money, breakfast is quite small but easy to choose from as you are limited to few items, there was always parking space available around the house on the blue lines and its free of charge. The beds are really hard which made really good sleep.
There was quite strange smell inside the bathroom, like mould or sewer smell, so we had to close the door when sleeping.

The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was perfect for each day. The location in Santana was also very nice.
It was a bit humid in the room, especially in the bathroom after showering (no fan). We slept with the windows open but still found it a bit sticky, when it wasn't so sticky outside.

Staff were extremely hospitable and friendly. Clean rooms and accommodation. Light breakfast (Breads, Cereal, Cheese/Ham)
Location is in centre of Santana, walking distance from supermarket etc. Although no AC, rooms weren't hot anyway and no noise pollution. Free parking outside but be mindful limited throughout the day (shouldn't be an issue as most people will be exploring in the day time)

Large room, good breakfast with great coffee. Well located to walk to grocery store, restaurants, parking right across the street
Chilly room all day until boiler went on for a few hours. Could use a refrigerator and tv. Walls quite thin between rooms. Noisy on all sides and above
