The hotel has a good location and some nice areas. The doorman (I believe his name was Edison) was very friendly and welcoming, and he was the person who made the biggest effort to make foreign guests feel comfortable.
The rooms feel quite old and have an old smell that could be improved. During my stay, only one elevator was working, which was inconvenient. The elevator to access the pool was also not working.
The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. The system for ordering eggs was not well organized, and the service was not friendly, especially toward international guests. After traveling through Brazil from the Northeast down, I had received very warm and welcoming service everywhere else, so this experience was surprising.

The location is very good, safe and the view is nice.
The breakfast used to be better, some things should be updated in the room as well.

Poor bed linen and towels. Breakfast could be much better even with the same resources.
