Excellent location in Barra, just around the corner from Farol da Barra and only one street away from the beach. The hotel is modern, very clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful, both during the day and in the evening.
The room was small but had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, a hot shower and enough storage space. Coffee, tea and soft drinks are also available at fair prices.
Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning and was very generous. You choose your items at check-in. We understood that this is temporary and that the hotel is working on a dedicated breakfast area, which will definitely improve the experience.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend Mart’s Hotel.
The main downside is the noise. You can hear quite a lot from the hallway, neighbouring rooms and the building next door. There was also construction work nearby during our stay.
Our room had no window to the outside, only one facing the hallway. The hallway has an automatic bright white light that switches on whenever someone walks past, which was noticeable when trying to sleep.
Having breakfast in the room is also not ideal because the room is already quite small, but hopefully this will be solved once the new breakfast area opens.

O hotel é novinho. Super agradável e MT bem localizado. Perto da praia da barra e do farol , mas fora de confusão. A rua tem movimento dia e noite, mas é tranquila. A equipe é super atenciosa. O quarto é pequeno, mas só fiquei 2 duas, então não senti problema.
O café é servido no quarto. Portanto não há reposição de café, manteiga por exemplo. Talvez solicitando, não sei. Mas de QQ forma não é agradável. Sinto falta de um espaço para o café da manhã com bufe a vontade.
Mas é bem servido, simples, mas bem servido. Tudo com muito cuidado.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Os funcionários muito educados e atenciosos. Vale a pequena se hospedar. Tudo muito limpinho. Hotel é bem charmoso.

Gostei da excelente localização e do atendimento dos funcionários.
O quarto é super pequeno para duas pessoas. Não é possível nem abrir a janela, pois os outros hóspedes ficam passando no corredor e conseguem ver o seu quarto por inteiro.
O café da manhã no quarto é bem desconfortável, pois só há uma mesinha e uma cadeira no espaço, então uma pessoa tem que tomar o seu café sentado na cama.
É um ambiente ideal apenas para um hóspede e mesmo assim, a hospedagem tem que ser por um período curto para que vc não se sinta enclausurado.
