Localizaçao perfeita
Alguns utensílios da vizinha estarem quebrados, como a peneira. No geral o flat é confortável. A porta do flat, consideramos frágil a fechadura. Atendimento na portaria: excelente.

A água do filtro estava podre, a cortina está rasgada e a pintura do teto do banheiro tbm está precisando melhorar.
