Breakfast was good. Pool and sauna facilities were good.
Small room, unhelpful staff on checking out. One of our party could not regain access as the cleaner had entered but it was way before our leaving time.

The rooms were comfy and clean. Sadly we didn't get chance to use the spa/pool facilities as they closed at 7pm. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were helpful. We had a good view of the castle from our room. The onsite parking was good. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel restaurant was closed, we stayed on a Wednesday.
One member of staff was rude. We went to the bar for a drink to be told she couldn't serve us as they were closing in half an hour and she had no ice or lemon for cocktails. We wanted beer and wine. We were quite shocked. She did then say we could take a drink to our room, we declined.
The shower head had no options to change from the small but powerful stream of water, which was a little painful.

Excellent location set in the centre of Clervaux. Just a short walk to historical monuments, cafes and. Nice indoor pool and sauna perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.
Access is up a short flight of stairs steps so all luggage has to be carried.

Property was nice and clean.
Sauna was a great and free experience
Included restaurant had nice quality food and cocktail bar was great!
Walls are paper thin
Could hear people going at it at multiple hours of the day.
Breakfast has no scrambled eggs or hot food.
Parking not included. Small (max 10 cars) and have to call to reserve. Information not included on page
Bed was cheap, pillow was so thin it felt like ass
