Excellent location in walking distance to all the main attractions
The lift was not working for most of our visit

the location was good - breakfast was expensive for a buffet style offering so we ate out
the room was really dreary, not comfortable and needed decorating. It was very bland, no carpets and was above the koi carp pond so no chance of a lay in.
