Prima locatie, zwembaden met ligbedden, airco op de kamer, schoon. Prima.
Er stond kamer met uitzicht op courtyard, zie onze foto. We hadden all-in, comfort hotelkamer maar geen buiten. Dus ff buiten zitten voor de kamer in de ochtend of avond was er niet bij. Dit hadden we beter moeten bekijken voor het boeken. Er werd ons een andere kamer geboden met balkon maar was minder comfort dus we bleven uiteindelijk in de hotelkamer.
Het buffet was matig voor 4 sterren. Massa werk.

Vicinanza alla spiaggia , ed un menu ricco e sempre vario , quantità di cibo davvero notevole e di ottima qualità .
Il diretto ex capo villaggio davvero TOP , sempre presente con gli ospiti onnipresente in ogni occasione .
Lo staff animazione non era il massimo , soprattutto il capo animazione ed il capo villaggio , non erano assolutamente in grado , nel senso che privilegiavano rapporti solo con alcuni del villaggio , soprattutto quelli abituali negli anni .
Fortunatamente che gli animatori soprattutto due Omar e Felice erano davvero in gamba ed hanno sopperito egregiamente alle mancanze ricevute, e questa percezione è stata avvertita anche da altri ospiti .
