A beautiful, luxury hotel/spa where the staff were all incredibly welcoming, helpful, friendly and kind. Their attention to detail was exceptional. Fabulous pool area, lovely spa, the restaurant and bar spaces were excellent. Guests felt very well looked after. Superb menu, clearly, a creative and skilled chef. The main point is the high quality of customer service and care.

We were very impressed about the service. The staff at the reception, bar, restaurant, pool. Everyone was so nice. The manager herself was sitting with me for like 5 to 10 minutes talking about my previous experiences in Italy. Everyone was so committed to make us feel welcome. The location was also very convenient because we wanted to explore the area. We are planning to come back and we’re definitely staying at the same place.

The restaurant was not very good, the bed/pillows weren’t very comfortable, the 1 hr use by appt only of indoor pool/sauna/steam room was weird, the bathroom amenities were lacking, and the design/layout of the building didn’t make any sense. Felt like we were staying at a motel with a lot of unused space in the center.
